Welcome to the website of Valencia Club de Hockey

"Valencia Club de Hockey" has over 80 years of experience in field hockey. Currently, the club has three male teams classified, “over 18” which are competing in various levels; locally and throughout Spain [The first team (A) is currently competing at a high level]. Also, the club has many other teams competing in the, “under 18” categories.

The training facilities are located in a privileged site within the city, and are only 5 minutes away from the most important Universities in Valencia. The facilities are well connected to the largest urban areas, as well as the beach, by public transportation. The quality of the sports facilities are the some of best in the city. In addition to having the first Blue Hockey Pitch, we also offer a complete gym, paddle courts, football fields, skate areas and a restaurant.

The club has extensive experience working with players from all over Europe and the rest of the world. We are accustomed to helping players with any personal circumstances and developing compatible training schedules so that all players have the ability to be involved at their desired level. After many years of experience working with foreign players, we can say their experience has been highly satisfactory and many have enjoyed the opportunity to learn Spanish and travel with the team around the country.

It is also important to mention many Erasmus students come to Valencia for studies, or on scholarships.  Without a doubt, these students can take advantage of this opportunity to play at our club and meet many other students during their time in Valencia.
